What is WESG?

Founded by Alisports in 2016, World Electronic Sports Games (WESG) is a global Esports
tournament based in Shanghai, China.

Establish itself as the “Olympic Games” of Esports, WESG builds on the philosophy of
allowing players to play in a competition where they would feel a sense of pride in
representing their country while competing in the game they love.
 

WESG & Agri Mind

Being part of the WESG, WESG South East Asia (SEA) is a regional Esports tournament
consisting of qualifiers held in 10 countries. Prize pool worth USD $150000, each
qualifiers consisting of multiple game titles, were held in their own respective countries.
Winners of each qualifier gets to secure their slots to WESG SEA Regional Finals. Top
four finalist from each game titles in the regional final advances to the WESG Global
Finals in China, competing against some of the top players in the world.

Agri Mind was appointed the organiser for WESG SEA from 2018 onwards by Alibaba
Sports. Our strong ties with government and partners across South East Asia delivered
great events to build a platform for esports enthusiasts and professionals within the
region.
